My services are based on the needs of individual students. Depending on those needs, I serve as some combination of tutor, academic coach, and mentor.

I am enthusiastic about education in all fields, from the dreamiest humanities to the most rigorous sciences. I try to encourage this enthusiasm in students. I am also passionate about helping people of all ages achieve their goals.

Services:

• tutoring of high school students in chemistry and physics, from basic to honors and AP
  

• tutoring of college students in chemistry and physics
  

• preparation for SAT subject tests and AP tests in chemistry and physics
  

• summer and holiday reviews and head starts
  

• improvement of academic skills and habits
  

• adaptation of instructional methodology to the individual student's learning aptitude, concerns, and style
  

I meet students in their homes, nearby libraries, and other convenient locations. My rate for individual tutoring is $60 to $80 an hour. Rates for groups of two or more students are available.
